SMOKE ALARM INSPECTIONS WILL RESUME MARCH 1, 2021

Certificate of Smoke Alarm, Carbon Monoxide Alarm and Portable Fire Extinguisher inspections required prior to the sale or rental of residential properties will resume on March 1, 2021. The temporary affidavit program put in place due to COVID restrictions will no longer be accepted for any new applicant after February 28, 2021.
